Payments and Insurance Reimbursements
Please check with your insurance provider to see if they will reimburse you for acupuncture, or if you need a physician's referral in order to be reimbursed. Forms will be provided for you to file with your insurance company, if needed.
Medicare and Medicaid do not cover acupuncture in the states of Indiana and Ohio at this time.
Full payment is expected at time of treatment. Cash and checks are accepted for payment at this time.
